Pat Horn co-owner and founder of Pat's Tuxedos, is approaching her 50th year in the formal wear business. After graduating from high school, Pat started with one of the valley's finest, J. Ferdinandi Formal Wear, in Fresno, where she worked for the next 28 years learning the business and honing her skills. She adopted the work ethic and old school idea of "service, quality and integrity" in all business relations, that she continues to practice today. In 1990 when Ferdinandi's closed, Pat took her passion for the trade and opened her own small shop in the Tower District. In 1997, Pat and business partner, Bonnie Place, expanded to their current location at Blackstone at Dakota(3768 N. Blackstone)where the business thrives today, locally owned and locally operated.

Pat's Tuxedos stocks all of its own inventory, a key factor when picking a formal wear supplier. Pat advises to always "shop with your local tux shops" and pick a store carrying it's own product. At Pat's, the suit or tux the customer is fitted in is exactly the same suit or tux received at pick up. This is an important difference setting Pat's Tuxedo's apart. After 49 years , Pat still does most of her own work, maintaining the highest standards.
